Vervain

Vervain is the essence for people who have certain strong beliefs and opinions and feel that must speak out and make them known. They believe so strongly in their ideas that they can become blinded and unable to see the other side of an argument. They find injustice and unfairness difficult to tolerate and cannot restrain themselves from protesting about such issues. It is when they are unable to get their point across or are prevented in some way from doing something about a situation that bothers them, that they become frustrated, tense and cannot relax. Their mind is full of what they want to say, what they want to do and they cannot switch off. They are enthusiastic people and get very involved in projects they believe in or in the correction of some untruth. It is when this natural energy and enthusiasm and sense of injustice causes strain and stress, that the essence is needed, and it helps to restore calm so that problems can be faced logically and rationally, easing the tension and allowing the mind and body to relax.
